Juveniles tied to theft of vehicle, chase and crash

Four Virginia teenagers residing at a nonsecure housing facility designed for juvenile status offenders have additional charges to fight after police say they left the home in the middle of the night, stole a pick-up truck and ended up crashing the vehicle through the front of a home in Woodbridge.

Herndon man pleads guilty in D.C. shooting

A 28-year-old man from Herndon, Va., recently admitted his guilt in an Aug. 15 2012, shooting that occurred out of state, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The man was facing three felony charges, including committing an act of terrorism, assault with intent to kill while armed and interstate transportation of a firearm and ammunition.

Farmville man arrested, suspected of numerous burglaries

Authorities are trying to pin the blame for an entire string of robberies on a recently arrested man from Farmville, Va. The man, who police think might have worked with an accomplice, is already facing theft charges in connection with a stolen vehicle.

Manassas boy implicated in string of armed robberies

A 17-year-old boy from Manassas, Virginia, is facing a laundry list of criminal charges after police tied him to robberies at a local drug store and a 7-Eleven convenience store. He is being lodged at a juvenile detention center as he awaits further word on his juvenile crime charges.
